If you suffer from this virus (HPV) you should know that most of those products you see online that offer cures for genital warts are scams and will NOT work.
The problem you run into with most of these products is that they do not contain strong enough ingredients to get rid of the warts. Most of them are creams or oils that you are supposed to apply directly to the infected area. Unless you are using cures for genital warts that were prescribed to you by a doctor then this technique is not going to work (because the creams and oils online that are sold as remedies for genital warts simply do not have ingredients that are up to the job).
There is one cure for genital warts that does actually work the way it claims. I use it and a lot of the people I talk to in genital warts forums use it to. It’s a product that builds up your immune system so that your body can naturally fight the virus and get rid of it.

Medical Treatments For Genital Warts
If you start seeing symptoms of this virus (such as small or large smooth or cauliflower-shaped lumps on your genital area) then you may want to see a doctor. The doctor can diagnose you and then prescribe for you genital warts cures that range from shots to surgery.
Here are a few of the treatments the doctor may call for:
Interferon Shots – Interferon is a substance that your body produces that builds your immune system and fights off infection. This treatment is effective but requires several visits and each treatment can be pretty expensive.
Cryotherapy – With cures for genital warts cryotherapy the doctor will use liquid nitrogen to freeze the warts. This procedure is usually done once every 1 to 3 weeks. This procedure can cause discomfort and pain and is not at all recommended for children.
Surgery – The doctor may opt to use a local anesthetic and go and surgically remove the warts.
Lasers – The doctor can use a laser (intense beam of light) to remove the warts. This treatment doesn’t occur very often because it is very expensive and is usually only used on warts that won’t go away with other treatments.
Podophyllin Liquid – This is a brown liquid that the doctor or nurse puts on the infected area. This liquid works by stopping cell growth in the wart. The liquid must be applied by a medical professional (because the brown liquid can damage the skin around the wart) and may require several treatments to work properly.
These are just a few of the most popular cures for genital warts that your doctor may attempt.
Remember before attempting any treatment, that a home remedy for genital warts is not going to work and you should try to use the product I recommended and/or visit the doctor to have him or her diagnose and provide treatment.
